Field Hockey Moves to 8-2 With Win Over Stow 3-1

The Shaker Field Hockey team continued their winning ways on the road with a 3-1 victory over the Stow Lady Bulldogs Monday afternoon. Juniors Meagan Mitchell and Caroline Kruithoff each scored for the Lady Raiders while Sophomore Drew Hubbard added the third goal for Shaker. The Lady Raiders spotted the visiting Orange Lady Lions a 1-0 lead before scoring 3 unanswered goals in a 3-1 non-conference win on Monday at Shaker. Leading the way for Shaker was Sophomore Enna Van Den Akker who scored 2 goals while Freshman Astrid Braun added one.
