Shaker Wrestlers finish 2nd at Dean Kinley Invitational

The Shaker Heights wrestling team competed in the Dean Kinley Invitational on Saturday at Cleveland Central Catholic and came away with the runner-up trophy finishing wtih 163.5 points only behind Strongsville HS who finished with 176 points.

The Raiders had five 1st place finishers:

William Faust (113), Jaivon Jones (120), Tyson Long (132), Joe Marino (138) and Jakee Frazier (145).

Ferrel Thomas (160) and Sam Meinhard (195) finished 2nd in their respective weight classes.

In addidtion, Tyson Long was named Tournament MVP.
